Wild Rice Meal Prep
Lightly steamed broccoli with edamame and carrot on a bed of wild rice.
- 140 grams Wild Rice, Cooked
- 140 grams Edamame Beans
- 70 grams Broccoli
- 70 grams Baby Carrots
Cook the wild rice according to package instructions.
Steam the edamame for about 1 minute.
Wash, chop, and lightly steam the broccoli until vibrant green.
Wash the baby carrots, and leave them raw, or lightly steam, as preferred.
Season as preferred. (Recommended: paprika, salt & pepper).
