Oat Banana Pancakes
Breakfast as it’s meant to be - layered wholesome pancakes, topped with your favorite toppings. The core ingredients of this traditional favorite have been switched up to give you a more healthful start to the day.
1 1/4 cup rolled oats (109g)
1/4 cup chickpea flour (25g)
3/4 cup soy milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
- Blend ingredients until smooth
- Pour the batter onto a heated pan or heated pancake griddle.
- Cook until bubbles form on surface of pancake. Turn over and cook until lightly browned.
- Makes 3 pancakes.
