- 1 Kiwi
- 70 grams Blueberries
- 5 Strawberries (Large)
- 1 Orange (Medium)
- 17 grams Walnuts
- 17 grams Poppy Seeds
- 1 Orange for juicing (optional)
Rinse and chop the fruit. Combine in a large mixing bowl. Mix well
Save 1 orange to juice on top once served (optional)
Top with walnuts and poppy seeds.
