1/2 cup buckwheat groats (94g)
2 tbsp chia seeds (22g)
1 cup soy milk (8 oz)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch cinnamon (1/8 tsp)
1/2 cup water (to cook)
Mix buckwheat groats, chia seeds, soy milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, in a bowl. Mix and cover. Let it sit overnight in the fridge 1 hour or more.
Place it in a pot, add water, and cook, stirring occasionally, for10-12 minutes or until it reaches to your desired thickness.
Garnish with fruit and serve.
Serves 1. (Can serve 2, just split the macros in half)
