Grilled "chicken" and tempeh brushed with hot sauce and served with colorful salad and protein-filled chickpeas.
Cook the Beyond Meat Chicken according to package instructions.
Slice the tempeh. Sauté in a non-stick pan. Brush with hot sauce and liquid soy seasoning (optional).
Drain the chickpeas, rinse well under cold water, and set aside.
Wash, then chop the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
Assemble the prepared components.
