Fruity proatmeal bowl - high in protein and flavour, topped with banana, blueberries and strawberries.
- 40 grams Porridge Oats
- 1 Banana (Medium)
- Half Scoop Vedge, Plant Protein, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup or Vanilla Ice Cream (or 20 grams)
- 90 grams Almond Milk, Unsweetened
- 45 grams Blueberries
- 4 Strawberries (Large)
Mix the oats and protein powder together.
Then add the water and bring to a soft boil.
Cook for 1-2 minutes stirring often.
Add the almond milk, and mix to loosen up.
Serve and top with banana, strawberries and blueberries.
