Ingredients


  • 40 grams Porridge Oats
  • 1 Banana (Medium)
  • Half Scoop Vedge, Plant Protein, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup or Vanilla Ice Cream (or 20 grams)
  • 90 grams Almond Milk, Unsweetened
  • 45 grams Blueberries
  • 4 Strawberries (Large)

Directions


Mix the oats and protein powder together.

Then add the water and bring to a soft boil.

Cook for 1-2 minutes stirring often.

Add the almond milk, and mix to loosen up.

Serve and top with banana, strawberries and blueberries.
