- 80 grams Beyond Meat Chicken Strips, Grilled
- 30 grams Chickpeas, Canned (Drained, Rinsed)
- 80 grams Tempeh, Cooked
- 90 grams Cherry Tomatoes
- Half a Cucumber
- Hot sauce and liquid soy seasoning (optional).
Cook the Beyond Meat Chicken according to package instructions.
Slice the tempeh. Sauté in a non-stick pan. Brush with hot sauce and liquid soy seasoning (optional).
Drain the chickpeas, rinse well under cold water, and set aside.
Wash, then chop the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
Assemble the prepared components.
