Protein Nice Cream
Healthy Ice Cream! Made with a base of banana, and Vedge Plant Protein powder.
- 1 Tsp Flax Seeds
- 60 grams Vedge Plant Protein, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup or Vanilla Ice Cream flavour (1.5 Scoops)
- Half Tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter
- 50 ml Water
- Frozen Half Banana (Medium)
Blend the frozen banana and sunflower seed butter together. Do not add any liquid yet. Scrape down the sides with a silicone spatula as needed. If your blender comes with a tamper, use it as it will help blend the banana smooth without adding liquid.
Add in the protein powder and flaxseeds, and blend until smooth. At this point you can add a tiny bit of water, if necessary to help smooth it out.
Enjoy right away!
