Ingredients


  • 30 grams Tofu, Silken, Not Cooked
  • 1 Medjool Date
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • Half scoop Vedge Plant Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream) or 10-15 grams
  • 25 grams Granola
  • 45 grams Blueberries

Directions


Method: Add the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Top with granola and blueberries and serve.
