- 30 grams Tofu, Silken, Not Cooked
- 1 Medjool Date
- 1 Medium Banana
- Half scoop Vedge Plant Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream) or 10-15 grams
- 25 grams Granola
- 45 grams Blueberries
Method: Add the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Top with granola and blueberries and serve.
