Vegan Chicken and Zoodles Meal Prep
Sautéd "chicken" seasoned with cumin, chilli and paprika with crunchy pan fried zucchini noodles.
- 14-15 Beyond Meat Chicken Strips, Grilled (or around 205 grams)
- 205 grams Zucchini Noodles
Sauté the “chicken” slices in a non-stick skillet. As it is cooking, season with cumin, chili powder, onion powder, paprika and ground coriander to taste.
Slightly pan fry the zucchini noodles if eating right away to warm them up. If eating later, leave them raw so they do not get soggy.
Divide the zucchini noodles and “chicken” strips equally amongst the containers to serve.
