Ingredients


  • 140 grams Wild Rice, Cooked
  • 140 grams Edamame Beans
  • 70 grams Broccoli
  • 70 grams Baby Carrots

Directions


Cook the wild rice according to package instructions.

Steam the edamame for about 1 minute.

Wash, chop, and lightly steam the broccoli until vibrant green.

Wash the baby carrots, and leave them raw, or lightly steam, as preferred.

Season as preferred. (Recommended: paprika, salt & pepper).
